Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, we're here to help. Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order to report the issue. We will work diligently to make it right, and any claims found to be our error will be covered at our expense.

Lost in Transit

For any packages that are lost in transit, please notify us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims for lost packages are taken seriously, and we will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.

Address Issues

It's essential to provide an accurate shipping address. If the courier deems the address insufficient and your shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will incur reshipment costs to you or your end customer.

Returns Due to Customer Error

You may choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges at your discretion and expense. If you opt for returns or size exchanges, you will need to place a new order at your cost.

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

For customers residing in Brazil, we cannot offer refunds for buyer's remorse.

Face Masks Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of sealed goods, including face masks. Please note that returns for face masks cannot be reshipped and will be disposed of.

EU Consumer Notice

For EU consumers, please be aware that certain items may not be eligible for returns:

1. Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
